Varieties

“Each variety is different and everyone has a favorite, it seems.  Just understand, whether you are a Golden Delicious purist or a Fuji super fan, we’re not here to judge.  Just like wine, not all cabernet’s taste the same because not all of the grapes are the same.  Some are of higher quality and are more flavorful than others, even from the same orchard.    We just want you to have the best that variety has to offer.   It’s all about flavor.
